Edward Blanchard, Managing Director
   
 

Ed’s experience is in all aspects of multi-state property tax and asset management services. Ed’s experience includes implementation of efficient personal property tax compliance functions, including preparation and filing of renditions, assessment verification, tax bill verification, approval and payment and personal property appeals. Ed has also assisted multi-billion dollar companies with real estate assessment analysis and appeals, implementation of efficient asset inventory and reconciliation processes, identification and certification of assets eligible for exemption as pollution control equipment, as well as assisting these organizations in maximizing available state and local tax incentives.

A graduate of Walsh College, Ed is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Assessors Association.

 
  Frank Giglio, Managing Director  
   
 

Frank’s extensive experience is in all aspects of multi-state property tax compliance and consulting including direct, hands-on experience with the preparation and filing of personal property returns, real estate assessment analysis, assessment verification and tax bill payment. Frank has also consulted with multi-billion dollar companies in establishing world-class, best-practices property tax departments. His breadth of experience includes asset inventory and reconciliation, audit defense, real and personal property assessment appeals, tax incentives and pollution control tax exemptions.

A graduate of the University of Detroit, Frank is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Assessors Association.


 
  Curt Chowanic, Director  
   
 

Curt has over 17 years of property tax and asset management experience in the public & private sectors and as consultant. Curt’s experience includes multi-state personal property compliance, assessment review and appeal, identification of abatement & exemption opportunities, Sarbanes-Oxley support and asset reclassification. Curt’s employment history includes DTE Energy, Arthur Andersen LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Curt attended Wayne State University from which he received his undergraduate degree and Master of Business Administration.
